Christian Koch, Bauhaus-Universität Weimar, Germany, Sergey Volkov, State Budgetary Institution Mosstroirazvitie, Dr. Heiko Kirschke, Bauhaus-Universität Weimar, Germany, and Kirill Malyk, MZTA Joint Stock Company.

In the course of the seminar events, the speakers initiated an interesting discussion of the history and prospects for the establishment and effective operation of urban cyber-physical systems, their legal regulation, selection of technological platforms for the digitalization of the economies, and development of regions involving the use of future-oriented information technologies.
