A.A. Volkov is the Honorary Doctor of the National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia

By decision of the Academic Council of the National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia (NUACA, Erevan), A.A. Volkov, Acting Rector, National Research Moscow State University of Civil Engineering (NRU MGSU), President, International Public Organization for Promotion of Civil Engineering Education (ASV), was awarded the honorary title of the “Honorary Doctor of the National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia.”

The Certificate of the “Honorary Doctor of the National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia” was served on Andrey Anatolyevich Volkov by Gagik Shagabekovich Galstyan, Rector, NUACA, at the ASV Board meeting held on NUACA premises September 25, 2019.
