The NRU MGSU delegation attended the celebrations of 50-year anniversary of the Hanoi National Construction University.
From November 17 to November 20, 2016 the delegation of National Research Moscow State University of Civil Engineering (NRU MGSU) headed by the Rector A. A. Volkov participated in festive events of the 50 anniversary celebration from the formation of the Hanoi Construction Institute (nowadays – National University of Civil Engineering) and the 60 anniversaries of the beginning of the graduate program in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (SRV) of experts in construction, operation of city housing stock and municipal services. As a part of delegation of NRU MGSU there were presented the president V. I. Telichenko, the chief of the Educational and Methodical Center (EMC) N. A. Bondareva and the Head of the department "The organization of construction and control of the real estate" P. G. Grabovy.
On November 17 within the visit of the delegation there was arranged the meeting of the rector A. A. Volkov with the rector of National University of Civil Engineering Pham Zuy Hoa. During the meeting there were discussed the questions of development of joint projects in educational and scientific activities between universities.
On November 18 there was held the meeting with the rector of the Le Quy Don Technical University, the major general, professor, the Dr.Sci.Tech. Nguyen Kongg Din concerning mutual cooperation within the creation of the joint Russian-Vietnamese Technological University. In February, 2017 it is planed to publish the joint textbook "Construction of Nuclear Power Plants" for technical colleges in Vietnamese under the general edition of the president of NRU MGSU, professor, the Dr.Sci.Tech. V. I. Telichenko.
On November 19 during the official part of 50-year HISU anniversary celebration the delegation of NRU MGSU headed by the rector A. A. Volkov made the congratulatory speech and handed mementos. Also the rector of NRU MGSU A.A. Volkov received the Government award by the Minister of Education and Science of SRV. That day there were presented the textbook of NRU MGSU "Economy and Management of the Real Estate" in Vietnamese recommended by the Ministry of Education and Science of Vietnam as the textbook for students of higher educational institutions of Vietnam under the general edition of professor P. G. Grabovy. The last day of the visit the delegation of NRU MGSU headed by the rector A. A. Volkov met the Association of graduates of MISI-MGSU.
