A young scientist at the Moscow State University of Civil Engineering was awarded the Moscow Government Prize. 
According to the results of the competition for the prizes of the Moscow Government to young scientists in 2019, professor of "Information Systems, Technology and Automation in Construction" department, Doctor of Technical Sciences Maxim Zheleznov was awarded a prize in nomination “City Infrastructure” for developments in the field of monitoring railway infrastructure by means of global aerospace observation in the territories of large-scale technological change and urban development. According to the results of the competitive selection of 2019 conducted by the "Russian Foundation for Basic Research" (RFBR), graduate students of MGSU V.A. Golovesov, M.D. Medyankin, I.Y. MGSU is recognized as the winner of the competitive selection for research in selected priority areas with the participation of research organizations and universities of Vietnam in the framework of the federal target program "Research and Development in Priority Directions for the Development of the Russian Science and Technology Complex for 2014-2020" and will receive financial support of the Russian Ministry of Education and Science for the implementation of a project jointly with the Vietnam Institute of Building Materials on the theme “Development of a new energy technology “resource- and resource-efficient nano modified composite materials for construction under operational conditions of the Pacific region based on the regional raw materials of Russia and Vietnam.” The supervisor of studies is Evgeny Korolev.

MGSU Scientific School “Theory and analysis of systems in construction (construction systems engineering)”, supervisor - professor Alexei Volkov, recognized as the leading scientific school of the Russian Federation and will receive two-year state support for the implementation of the declared scientific project “Cyber-physical building systems”. Congratulations! According to the results of the NOPRIZ Professional Competition for the best project - 2017, the works of students and post-graduate students of MGSU were awarded with diplomas of I and II degrees.
